Index of Patients
- Lists all the patients in your clinic
- Displays patients name, email, date-of-birth and phone number
- Search function available
- Action functions are available for each patient. Actions include; viewing data, viewing reports, and deleting patient
Adding Patients
- You can add patients under the Patients Management Tab
- Only patients can be added if they have already created an AiDEX™ CGM users Account
- HCP Authorisation Code sent to patients via registered email
- Input the HCP Authorisation Code into the GlucoRx AiDEX™ Patient Portal
- Added Patients can be viewed in the Index of Patients
Adding HCPs
- You can view Patients CGM results via the Index of Patients and click on the View Action
- You can download and export patients results as a CSV. File or as a PDF
- Day / Date ranges can be selected to display specific results / readings
- Within the results displayed you can view specific events, such as; Insulin, exercise, carbs and medication
- Results display: Readings, Stats and Hypo Readings
Viewing CGM Results
- You can view Patients CGM results via the Index of Patients and click on the View Action
- You can download and export patients results as a CSV. File or as a PDF
- Day / Date ranges can be selected to display specific results / readings
- Within the results displayed you can view specific events, such as; Insulin, exercise, carbs and medication

CGM Assessment Report
- CGM Assessment Reports can be accessed through the Report Action via the Index of Patients
- Select the date range to fetch the Patient CGM Assessment Report
- CGM Assessment Reports display the following information:
- Patient Basic Information
- Blood Glucose Metrics
- HBa1c Score
- Time in Range Section
- Low Blood Glucose Index
- More BG Metrics
- AGP Profile
- BG Logs
